The Kurdish Institute is very pleased with a recent firm statement on the Turkish invasion of Rojava. It concerns a declaration produced by representatives of INGOs having a participatory status within the Council of Europe. This declaration was prepared and presented during the Human Rights Committee meeting on 28 October 2019. The declaration resulted in an unambiguous statement condemning the Turkish agression in the north of Syria.
