Families of ‘arrested’ children are asking authorities; our children are under suppression which they have never deserved as child. They cannot take care of themselves. They are loosing weight as well as psychological health. Are your consciences clear when our children are in the prison in this holiday? Don’t you feel guilty when you practiced double standards about children issue?

Mikail Uygur, brother of 17 year old S.U. who has been in prison for 3 months in Adana Prison; my brother had been arrested 3 months ago. His head had been broken during custody process. Other children who are living in normal conditions are going to sit on statesman’s chair while ours sitting on prison bunk. How are you going to celebrate this holiday when our children in prison? Do you think they deserve it? Is your conscience not going to bother you? Our children need to trail in equal condition like other children who is allegedly criminal but not by Heavy Penal Court. Judicial system has to be practiced equally for them if our children guilty.

Police took me into custody and try to break my hand when I was in police department. They beat me and swore at me as well as other children who were under custody like me.
