Details:

1. Five people were killed and three Wounded Due to Assad Regime bombing on Sheikh Meqsoudneighbourhood.
According to sources two children were wounded as a result of regime shelling.
The shelling of the neighbourhood of Sheikh Meqsoud coincided with another attack, regime tanks bombed the Younis Sabawi School; located in the neighbourhood of Ashrafieh which is predominantly  inhabited by displaced people who have fled from nearby neighbourhoods.
Sources claim two shells landed inside the school and as result two children were wounded. The sources added that one of the Asaysh members were wounded while on duty at one of the Asaysh checkpoints in the neighbourhood.

2. Shuhada Halab:battalion Military  operations  against Assad regime forces in response to the bombing of Sheikh Meqsoud
 Shuhada Halab battalion Media Centre announced in official statement its responsibility for a military operation against Regime forces in the neighbourhood of Ashrafieh in response to the bombing, which targeted Sheikh Meqsoud on Tuesday and killed six civilians.
The statement mentioned  “in response to the bombing carried out by the Assad regime Sheikh Meqsoud and Ashrafieh, where six civilians lost their lives and ten other civilians were  wounded, several fighters from our battalion responded to this brutal attack; and attacked Regime Forces located at the first circle in Ashrafieh neighbourhood;
The clashes resulted in the death of one political security official and many wounded. “

The statement added: “our forces arrested eleven soldiers belonging to the regime forces located in check points in Ashrafieh'”
3. Asaysh Academy Afrin: Graduation of new Bach of Trainees
 the Asaysh Academy in Afrin announced the graduation of its fifth batch of trainees. Twenty-seven trainees have ended , a full courses in ideology , military  clarification of Asaysh laws; and the role of the Asaysh

4. Khatib and Mislim have agreed to achieve the goals of the Syrian Revolution by way of a peaceful process.
President of the PYD ; member of the Supreme Kurdish Commission Mr. Salih Muslim meet  Syrian National  Coalition for the opposition and change forces SNCOCF chairman Mr. Ahmed Moaz Khatib in  Cairo.
The two sides exchanged views regarding the future of Syria, and how to maintain the goals of the Syrian Revolution.
Mr. Muslim said “this initial meeting aims at discussing the possibility for Kurds to join the coalition and to change the wrong image the coalition has about PYD concerning the suspicions that the party cooperates with the Assad Regime.
Mr. Muslim added the meeting was also to prove our allegiance to the Syrian Revolution.
Mr. Muslim said we are ready to accept the coalition if it will name the Kurdish representatives in the SNCOCF from the Kurdish High commission if the two parties of Kurds are considered as equal.
Mr. Muslim also denied any relationship between his party and the PKK in Turkey.

5. Ghebesh villages :Clashes between Armed Groups and villagers.
One person was killed and six others were wounded due to armed clashes between villagers of Ghebesh (a predominantly arab village) and Armed Groups claimed to be a fraction of the FSA.
According to Firat news agency, clashes erupted after military attacks by armed groups were carried out on the village, as a result one civilian Mr. Ahmad Fayyad was killed .
Moreover six people were wounded and eight were abducted by the armed groups.
Ghebsh village is five kilometres from the city of Tel Temer.
Most the of the inhabitants of the village are Arabs from the Hamdan clan.

6. Armed groups launches attacks on predominantly  Arab populated villages; Jabhat Al Nusra  and the FSA attacked the village Rmela Pasha.

Members of the Jabhat Al Nusra; Farouk battalions and Tawheed battalion attacked Rmela Pasha village, located forty kilometres from the town of Tel Kocher, violent clashes erupted between them and the villagers.
According to sources, elements of Jabhat Al Nusra and other two battalions are still besieging the village and demanding the people to hand over their weapons to them.

7. Syriac Union in the West Kurdistan Join  Health Council of the Supreme Kurdish  Commission
The Syriac Union in Derek announced that they have joined the Health Council of the Supreme Kurdish Commission,the announcement was in response to an invitation from the Syriac Union received from the Health Council representative Mr. Lazkin Rhami

8. Supreme Kurdish Committee in Derik: Service Commission determines the price of fuel
The Service Commission of the Supreme Kurdish commission extended the deadline to Thursday 02.03.2013 for fuel station owners who did not abide by its last resolution regarding fuel prices.
According to the resolution issued earlier by the Service Commission, the price of diesel will be reduced to eighty SP per Liter , as far for petrol the price will be limited to  seventy-five SP per Liter ,
This resolution will be put into effect starting form Friday 03.02.2012.

9. Revolution in West Kurdistan Remelan: citizens and YPG liberate the city from the Assad Regime
YPG have announced the Liberation of most security and military centres including the Remelan directorate.
YPG took control of all entrances to the city of Remelan, according to ANHA news agency;YPG arrested thirteen soldiers and security officials belonging to Assad Regime Forces.

10. Remelan, after liberation an urgent meeting between YPG and administrators of institutions have been held.

An Urgent meeting was held between YPG officials and the Managers of government institutions in Remelan to discuss how they can run the entire department until the city is fully liberated from the Assad regime.

The Involved Parties agreed that all work and activities will be continued effectively in all departments, and also that they would make sure that all the needed emblements of the work are available in order to avoid any hindrance in the work.
Security wise ; it has been agreed that the YPG will take the responsibility of protecting all the employees and civilians ; they will take over all security responsibilities and check points ; this agreement will be valid until the city is fully liberated and local councils are established.

11. Tirbesipyeh after liberation; City officials continue their day to day work.

Tirbesipyeh was yesterday announced as a liberated town after YPG and town inhabitants collaborated to force Assad  regime security forces to leave.
According to sources close to the YPG , YPG will  withdraw their forces from the town and establish check points at the entrances to protect the town. The security tasks of the town will be carried out by the Asaysh force who will be responsible for enforcing the law
It has been decided that local City councils which were established sometime ago will be responsible for service and administrative issues in the city.
The council consists of thirty members Kurds; Arabs; Assyrians and Yezidiz
