Turkey: militia reform after wedding bloodbath

DIYARBAKIR, Turkey (Reuters) – The Turkish militia implicated in killing 44 people at a wedding in southeast Turkey could be reformed or abolished, a top government minister said Thursday after calls to rein in the heavily armed force.
